AVCA Certified Doctors (licensed doctors of chiropractic and licensed doctors of veterinary medicine) have completed upwards to 200 hours of post-graduate training in basic animal chiropractic and have passed the AVCA Certification Examinations. 30 hours of CE every three years is required by the AVCA for these doctors to maintain active certification.
